Our 60square Lodges are lovingly designed in a modern Tyrolean style, combining alpine charm with contemporary comfort. Fine local wood, high-quality materials and warm natural tones create a cosy and inviting atmosphere where you will feel at home from the very first moment.
With a spacious 60 sqm of living space, the lodges are perfect for families or friends of up to 4 guests, and on request can accommodate up to 5 persons. Two separate double bedrooms with private washbasins provide plenty of privacy, making the lodge an ideal choice for a relaxing stay with family or friends.
A special highlight is the charming hayloft with an extra bed, equipped with a PlayStation 4 and TV – a unique and cosy retreat that is especially popular with children and teenagers.
The open-plan living and dining area invites you to spend quality time together and is furnished with a modern designer kitchen, TV and a spacious dining table for cosy evenings. The kitchen offers every comfort you need for a carefree holiday, including a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, wine fridge, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, as well as plenty of cutlery, plates and cooking utensils.
The stylish bathroom features another exclusive highlight: your private sauna. It can be enjoyed either as a traditional Finnish sauna or as a bio sauna, offering the perfect place to relax after an active day in the mountains. A spacious walk-in shower, soft bathrobes, vanity mirror, hairdryer and towel dryer complete the wellness experience. The toilet is separate from the bathroom for added comfort.
Each lodge also features a private garden with sun loungers, parasol and outdoor furniture, ideal for relaxing in the fresh mountain air during the summer months. For enjoyable outdoor dining, we are happy to provide a Weber electric grill. During winter, the garden and grill are available on request and depending on snow conditions. Two lodges offer a fully fenced private garden, providing a safe and comfortable space for a summer holiday with dogs.
Dogs are very welcome, so your four-legged companion can enjoy the holiday with you. Up to two parking spaces are available for each lodge, with one parking space located in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation for maximum convenience.

Catering
- Regional breakfast buffet in the main house bookable on site for individual days or online with overnight stay for the whole holiday. Our breakfast is suitable for everyone - vegetarians, vegans and allergy sufferers! We offer a gluten-free breakfast on request.
- As an alternative to our breakfast buffet, we offer a bread service. Order the day before via our app and pick it up at the reception in the morning - it does not get more relaxed than that!

- Summer – High Season (July, August): approx. €210 – €320 per night
- Summer – Low Season (June, September): approx. €180 – €300 per night
- Winter – High Season (February, early March): approx. €300 – €800 per night
- Winter – Mid Season (January, mid-March): approx. €300 – €500 per night
- Winter – Low Season (early December, April): approx. €240 – €300 per night
- New Year’s Week: approx. €550 – €900 per night
- Dog: €15 per day or €100 one-time fee for stays of 7 days or more
Prices depend on the number of guests as well as the length of your stay. All amounts are indicative. Exact rates and availability can always be checked via the “Check Availability & Prices” button on our website, where dynamic pricing is calculated based on the number of guests, the duration of stay, and the season.
The tourist tax is €5 per person per night for guests aged 15 and older.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation up to 60 days before date of arrival is free of charge.
- For cancellations between 60 days and 14 days prior to arrival, we charge 50 % of the arrangement price.
- Cancellation 14 days or more prior to arrival will be charged at 90% of the arrangement price
- In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure we charge 100 % of the arrangement price.
- After booking, we require a deposit of 50 % - 100% of the package price (depending on the booking date), the remaining amount must also be transferred 4 days before arrival.
We recommend taking out a travel insurance.

The open-plan living and dining area forms the heart of the lodge, bringing together kitchen, dining, and living spaces into a cosy meeting point for shared moments. Large window fronts provide plenty of natural light and offer beautiful views of the Tyrolean mountains.
The two separate bedrooms offer comfortable private retreats and sufficient privacy for families or friends. The bathroom is a true highlight of the design: it features not only a shower and washbasin, but also a built-in sauna within the bathroom – a remarkable example of intelligent space planning.

Cancellation policy.
You may cancel your stay free of charge up to 60 days prior to arrival. In the event of a later cancellation, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
For direct bookings made through our website, no credit card is required as a guarantee.
