Our Breakfast Buffet – Fresh, Regional, and Varied

Start each day full of energy with our lovingly prepared breakfast buffet, featuring fresh, regional products. Enjoy freshly baked bread and pastries from the local bakery, a wide selection of cheeses and cold cuts, smoked salmon, and other savory specialties.

Create your own personalized muesli from oats, flaxseeds, coconut flakes, cereals, nuts, seeds, dried fruits, and fresh toppings, or enjoy classic breakfast cereals with plant-based alternatives such as soy milk. Homemade fruit yogurt, traditional Bircher muesli, fresh fruit salad, and seasonal fruit complete the offering.

For those with a sweet tooth, we serve local honey from Pettneu, homemade dandelion honey, small sweet treats, cookies, and homemade jams. Our egg dishes are prepared exclusively with organic eggs from a local farmer in Pettneu and can be served as scrambled, boiled, or fried eggs. Coffee, tea, and fresh juices are available in unlimited quantities.

Sustainability is very important to us. Most of our products are regional, seasonal, and organic, and we avoid plastic packaging wherever possible.

Breakfast Buffet Prices

Guests aged 10 and above pay €21, children aged 5 to 9 pay €16, children aged 1 to 4 pay €10, and babies up to 0.99 years enjoy breakfast for free.

Bread Service by Pre-Order via the ArlBerglife Guest App

As an alternative to our breakfast buffet, we offer you a convenient bread delivery service with fresh pastries and bread from a bakery in the neighboring village. The baked goods are delivered fresh daily and are available in a wide variety. These include classic Kaiser rolls, whole grain rolls, salted breadsticks (Salzstangerl), organic grain spelt rolls (Bio-Kornspitz), whole grain spelt rolls, Vinschgerl, pretzels, as well as various types of bread such as rye bread, baguettes, and whole grain spelt bread. For lovers of sweet pastries, options include croissants, mini nougat croissants, butter croissants, or nut rolls.

A large portion of our bread and pastries are naturally vegan and free from milk and eggs. Gluten-free options are available upon request.

The fresh baked goods can be conveniently ordered via our app until 8:00 p.m. the day before and picked up from 7:00 a.m. the following morning. After your reservation or check-in, you will receive access to the app.
