Our Studio Apartments on the first floor at Arlberglife Ferienresort are perfect for a romantic getaway for two or a relaxed holiday with a small family. The open-plan, modern yet cosy studio apartments combine alpine charm with contemporary design, creating a special living atmosphere in the Tyrolean mountains.
With approx. 44 m² of living space, the studios offer a well-designed layout featuring high-quality wood and tiled floors, comfortable underfloor heating, and carefully selected local materials. A large panoramic window provides plenty of natural light and stunning views of the surrounding mountains, enhancing the overall sense of comfort and relaxation.
The studios are ideal for up to 3 guests, and available for up to 4 guests on request.
The comfortable double bed (200 x 200 cm) can easily be converted into two separate beds. In addition, the sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) provides extra sleeping space, offering great flexibility for different occupancy needs.
The living and sleeping area also includes a TV and radio, perfect for relaxing evenings after an active day in the mountains.
The modern open bathroom features a spacious washbasin, a shower with Kneipp hose, and a unique starry-sky design. A special highlight is the private infrared cabin, offering soothing relaxation for muscles after hiking or skiing in St. Anton am Arlberg. Additional amenities include a cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, and towel warmer. The toilet is separate from the bathroom for extra comfort.
The fully equipped designer kitchen includes everything you need for a self-catering holiday: induction hob, microwave grill, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, as well as all necessary dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
A further highlight is the approx. 8 m² covered balcony, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the stunning Tyrolean mountain views. Here you can enjoy the fresh alpine air and pleasant evenings, with the option of using a Weber electric grill.
One of the studios offers a sliding door to separate the living and sleeping areas, as well as a closed bathroom, unlike the open layouts of the other studios. If you prefer a specific layout, please let us know when booking – we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Dogs are warmly welcome, so your four-legged companion can also enjoy your stay at Arlberglife Ferienresort. Each studio offers one to two parking spaces, with some covered parking available depending on availability.

Catering
- Regional breakfast buffet in the main house bookable on site for individual days or online with overnight stay for the whole holiday. Our breakfast is suitable for everyone - vegetarians, vegans and allergy sufferers! We offer a gluten-free breakfast on request.
- As an alternative to our breakfast buffet, we offer a bread service. Order the day before via our app and pick it up at the reception in the morning - it does not get more relaxed than that!

- Dog: €15 per day or €100 one-time fee for stays of 7 days or more
Prices depend on the number of guests and the length of your stay. All prices are indicative. Exact rates and availability can be checked at any time via the “Check Availability & Prices” button on our website, where dynamic pricing is applied based on guest count, duration, and season.
The tourist tax is €5 per person per night for guests aged 15 and older.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation up to 60 days before date of arrival is free of charge.
- For cancellations between 60 days and 14 days prior to arrival, we charge 50 % of the arrangement price.
- Cancellation 14 days or more prior to arrival will be charged at 90% of the arrangement price
- In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure we charge 100 % of the arrangement price.
- After booking, we require a deposit of 50 % - 100% of the package price (depending on the booking date), the remaining amount must also be transferred 4 days before arrival.
We recommend taking out a travel insurance.

Our studios offer cosy living comfort in a compact space and are ideal for couples or solo travellers who value style and functionality. Each studio is individually designed, yet consistently furnished in a modern Tyrolean style with plenty of wood and warm natural materials.

Cancellation Policy.
You may cancel your stay free of charge up to 60 days prior to arrival. In the event of a later cancellation, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
