Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before arrival. In this case, we reserve the right to retain a processing fee of €20 from the deposit, if applicable. If the deposit was paid by credit card, the card issuer’s payment fee may also be retained. Alternatively, the deposit can be converted into a voucher free of charge or the booking can, subject to availability, be rescheduled to another date (prices may vary).

Cancellation between 60 and 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total package price will be charged.

Cancellation within 14 days before arrival: 90% of the total package price will be charged.

No-show, late arrival, or early departure: 100% of the total package price will be charged.

Payment Conditions

To guarantee your booking, a deposit is required. The amount depends on the booking date:

Early booking (up to 11 days before arrival): 50% of the total price is required as a deposit.

Short-term booking (from 10 days before arrival): 100% of the total price must be paid immediately.

The deposit can be paid by bank transfer. Payment by credit card is possible upon request, with a 3% processing fee.

The remaining balance (if any) must be paid at the latest 5 days before arrival. Please note that the total amount must be fully paid before arrival unless otherwise agreed.

Pricing Information

The accommodation price depends on the number of guests booked, not on the number of beds in the unit. Please provide the correct number of all arriving guests, including children.

We use dynamic pricing to always offer attractive conditions. Therefore, it is not possible to reduce the price if the number of guests decreases shortly before arrival (e.g., due to illness). The costs for reserving the accommodation have already been incurred.

If you wish to increase the number of guests, please notify us in advance. Changes are only possible subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Unregistered guests may result in additional charges.

Our pricing is transparent and fair – we are happy to inform you in advance of any adjustments.

Tourism Tax / Local Tax

For bookings in 2026, all guests born in 2010 or earlier are subject to the tourist tax. For bookings in 2027, all guests born in 2011 or earlier are subject to the tourist tax. For bookings in 2028, all guests born in 2012 or earlier are subject to the tourist tax.

Meals

Our Studios, Apartments, and Lodges can be booked with or without breakfast. Individual breakfast days or bread service can be added flexibly.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: from 3:00 PM, Check-out: until 9:30 AM

Parking & House Rules

Free parking is available for cars up to 5 m in length.

Parties and loud events are not permitted.

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
