Our Apartment 2 on the first floor offers generous space for up to 6 guests, and on request can accommodate up to 8 persons. With approx. 90 m² of living space, it is the perfect choice for families or friends looking for a comfortable stay in the Tyrolean Alps.
The apartment combines modern alpine design with natural materials, featuring wooden and tiled floors with underfloor heating, carefully selected local wood, and large panoramic windows that create a bright and relaxing atmosphere.
The apartment features three bedrooms: two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and one bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV, and two of them also include a private safe. For occupancy of up to 8 guests, the sofa in the living area can be converted into an additional double bed.
Three bathrooms ensure maximum comfort and privacy. One bathroom is directly connected to a bedroom and includes a shower, washbasin, and toilet. The second bathroom features a bathtub, washbasin, and toilet. The third bathroom offers a wellness rain shower with starry-sky design and Kneipp hose, washbasin, and a private infrared cabin – the perfect place to relax after an active day in the mountains. Hairdryer, towel dryer, and cosmetic amenities are provided in all bathrooms.
The spacious living and dining area invites you to spend sociable moments together. A large dining table with a traditional tiled stove comfortably seats up to 8 people. A comfortable sofa, TV, and radio complete the cosy living space.
The modern designer kitchen is fully equipped for shared cooking and enjoyable holiday meals, including an induction hob, micro grill, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, wine fridge, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, as well as all necessary dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
A covered balcony of approx. 5 m² offers beautiful views of the Tyrolean mountains and is perfect for relaxing outdoors. A Weber electric grill is also available for enjoyable barbecue evenings.
Up to three parking spaces are available for this apartment, and dogs are warmly welcome so your four-legged companion can also enjoy your stay at Arlberglife Ferienresort.

Catering
- Regional breakfast buffet in the main house bookable on site for individual days or online with overnight stay for the whole holiday. Our breakfast is suitable for everyone - vegetarians, vegans and allergy sufferers! We offer a gluten-free breakfast on request.
- As an alternative to our breakfast buffet, we offer a bread service. Order the day before via our app and pick it up at the reception in the morning - it does not get more relaxed than that!

- Dog: €15 per day or €100 one-time fee for stays of 7 days or more
Prices depend on the number of guests and the length of your stay. All prices are indicative. Exact rates and availability can be checked anytime via the “Check Availability & Prices” button on our website, where dynamic pricing applies based on guest count, stay duration, and season.
The tourist tax is €5 per person per night for guests aged 15 and older.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation up to 60 days before date of arrival is free of charge.
- For cancellations between 60 days and 14 days prior to arrival, we charge 50 % of the arrangement price.
- Cancellation 14 days or more prior to arrival will be charged at 90% of the arrangement price
- In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure we charge 100 % of the arrangement price.
- After booking, we require a deposit of 50 % - 100% of the package price (depending on the booking date), the remaining amount must also be transferred 4 days before arrival.
We recommend taking out a travel insurance.

The floor plan of Apartment 2 at ArlBerglife Holiday Resort shows a spacious and functional layout for a comfortable stay.
The open-plan living and dining area forms the centre of the apartment, combining kitchen, dining, and living spaces into a cosy communal area. From here, all other rooms are easily accessible.
The bedrooms are clearly structured and offer ample space as well as privacy for families or groups. The apartment is complemented by several bathrooms, optimally distributed throughout the layout to ensure a high level of living comfort.
Large window fronts provide plenty of natural light and create a pleasant alpine living atmosphere.
Cancellation Policy.
You may cancel your stay free of charge up to 60 days prior to arrival. In the event of a later cancellation, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
For direct bookings made through our website, no credit card is required as a guarantee.
