Malfonalm & Bread Baking with Pia
Hike along the Malfonbach stream to the charming Malfonalm (1,687 m), where hut host Pia shows you how traditional farmhouse bread is made – and baked – right on the alpine pasture.
Schnanner Klamm & Fritzhütte
This wild and romantic hike takes you through the dramatic Schnanner Gorge. The trail becomes steep and narrow as you ascend to the Fritzhütte (1,727 m), offering a true mountain adventure. Return via the same path or continue on to Flirsch.
Nessleralm & Traditional “Thaja” Hut
Gain insight into alpine farming past and present. This hike offers authentic impressions of life on Tyrolean mountain pastures – then and now.
Sunrise Hike to the Ganatschalm incl. Breakfast

- All hikes are suitable for families
- Dogs are welcome on the guided hikes. Dogs must be kept on a leash and a muzzle must be carried.
- Registration required by the day before (minimum number of participants may apply)
- Meeting points vary by tour, but all are located in the St. Anton – Pettneu region
- Guided hikes are included in the free activity program of the St. Anton Premium Guest Card, and organized by the St. Anton Tourist Board
- All tours are weather dependent; no guarantee
- Valid for the summer season 2025
- For guests in our Apartments, Studios, and Lodges, all guided hikes are free of charge daily
- Not included: meals, sunrise breakfasts, and processed food items (e.g. bread ingredients for baking)
